It's that time of year to resolve to eat better, get healthier and set goals. Last month Brian, Bay and I were eating terribly because of our move to Salt Lake City...lots of fast food when we needed a quick meal.
So, this is my clean start with a major cleanse, recommitting myself to 100% vegan lifestyle and my favorite workout ever...bikram yoga!
That means you'll probably be seeing a few more pics of what I'm eating (I can't help taking pictures of everything :). This little beauty is a simple salad of arugula, tomatoes and avocado dressing (1/2 avocado, lemon juice, salt & a dash of onion powder). This is an easy, nutritious meal that also fits into a diet that's target is to kill the candida.
Since the 1st, I'm 4.5 pounds lighter and hopefully that will continue :).
